EVENTS & WORKSHOPS

Around once a month I put on workshops and events around London based on whatever theme I feel passionate about that month. I like to create a fun and friendly space for people to meet up, enjoy some yoga and be well fed! All of my events and workshop include a goodie bag to takeaway. I'm passionate about spreading awareness about Vegan and Cruelty Free life, so all food, drinks and products are in-keeping with this ethos.

YANG TO YIN YOGA

Sunday 20th May 2018 - 10.30am-12.30pm - Good Vibes Studio.

Join us for 100mins of Yoga with hands on adjustments from 2 teachers.

I will guide you through 50mins of a Yang style yoga practice, flowing through a dynamic sequence to create some heat and fire. Then Cory will ease you into 50mins of Yin yoga, slowing down and stretching the body to release and ease any tension.There will be a vegan and cruelty free goodie bag for you to takeaway too :)

ANTI-DESK YOGA

90min yoga flow designed to target the shoulders and hips. We will also work on the smaller areas, such as wrists, fingers and thumbs. I will lead you through some easy breathing techniques to boost energy when you need it, and also some calming ones.

Lots of homemade, vegan snacks will and goodie bag full of vegan and cruelty free treats for you to take home!

YOGA FOR RUNNERS

For all levels of runners and yogis. This workshop will give you creative ways to warm up your muscles pre-run and some deep stretches post run to help you cool down and recover faster. 

90min yoga flow, 15min guided relaxation, PDF guide on key poses to take away, vegan nibbles and a goodie bag / care package to take away.

Mats are provided. Just bring yourself - maybe a cosy layer and some socks for Savasana & guided meditation.
